Classes
MAT CLASS - A small group of 5 clients, this is a 55 min class focusing on the fundamentals of the Mat System and may incorporate some props such as balls, bands, foam rollers, magic circles and spine correctors. Every class is customized for the clients in attendance and modifications are provided for those who need them.
Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscle while also training your arms and legs. Mat Pilates is based on the original exercises developed by Joseph Pilates to strengthen his own body before any equipment he developed.
REFORMER CLASS - A small group of 4 clients, this is a 55 min class focusing on the proper use of the reformer in addition to the Mat system. (it is recommended that students interested in the reformer class take a private session first.) Reformer class provide an understanding of the order of exercises and the various spring settings.
ONLINE MAT PILATES CLASS - is a possibility to join any 55 min group class from the comfort of your own home utilizing your own props, following the group and the teachers instructions.
Classes
PRIVATE LESSON - a 55 min lesson consisting of one student and one instructor utilizing the Pilates Apparatus. All the private lessons are customized and specific for you and your body's needs. 25min lessons are also available.
DUETS LESSON - a 55 min lesson consisting of two students and one instructor utilizing the Pilates Apparatus. It's recommended that students interested in duets first take a private lesson and also provide your own partner, however, Control Pilates by Dani may be able to match you with someone at your level.
ONLINE PRIVATE LESSONS - a 55 min lesson from the comfort of your own home, utilizing your own Pilates equipment and props.
